PREP: Defrost the pie crust.

PREP: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

PREP: Beat 2 eggs in a medium bowl.

PREP: Chop up the pecans.

Add to the bowl and mix:
• Agave (1/2 cup)
• Granulated sugar (1/2 cup)
• Butter (1 tablespoon)

Add to the bowl and mix:
• 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
• 1 1/2 cups of pecans

Mix it up!

Line a 9-inch non-stick pan with the pie crust.

Bake at 350 for 50 mins.

NOTES

I made it following this recipe but I didn’t chop the pecans and that was annoying so I recommend chopping them and then it was also super sweet so I would use 1/4 cup of agave instead but I did use milk chocolate so I would also recommend semi sweet chips instead.


I also didn’t trim the pie crust before folding. It was thick but it is nice to chop it up with other bites with filling.
