PREP: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

PREP: Slice butter into pieces and add to a 9x13 inch baking dish.

PREP: Place the pan in the oven while it preheats, to allow the butter to melt. Once melted, remove the pan from the oven.

PREP: Slice peaches

DRY: In a large bowl mix together:
• flour (120g)
• sugar (150g)
• baking powder (2 ts)
• salt (1/4 ts).

WET: Stir in the milk (3/4 cup or 180 ml).

POUR: Pour the mixture into the pan, over the melted butter, and smooth it into an even layer.

PEACHES: Dump peaches over the batter.

TOP: Sprinkle cinnamon generously over the top.

BAKE: Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.

SERVE: Serve it warm!

NOTES

Party favorite on Juneteenth but one yield wasn't enough for 13 people!
