Prepare rice in instant pot.

Add 24 pieces of shrimp to a large pot, cover just the bottom in water.

Cook the shrimp!

Using a strainer rinse off the cooked shrimp.

In the same empty pot, add 1 cup of frozen peas and 4TB of butter.

Add in the spices one the butter is melted.

add the shrimp back and mix.
