If your pulp is stringy, then I recommend blending it until it's smooth!

Preheat oven to 350.

In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients:
• Eggs (2)
• Orange Pulp (1 cup)
• Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
• Milk (1/2 cup)
• Maple Syrup (1/2 cup)
• Water, hot (1/4 cup)

Once combined, mix in the dry ingredients:
• Flour, all-purpose (2 cups)
• Cocoa powder (1/2 cup)
• Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
• Baking soda (1 teaspoon)
• Salt (pinch)

Mix in the chocolate chips!

Add to 12 muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
