Melt 3TB of butter and set aside.

Get a large bowl

Mix dry:
• flour (240g)
• sugar (50g)
• baking powder (4 tsp)
• salt (1/2 tsp)
• baking soda (1/4 tsp)

Pour in:
• milk (295 ml)
• 1 egg
• melted butter.

Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over low-medium heat

Use a 2.25-in ice cream scooper to portion

Brown on both sides and serve hot.

  • Cook on the front right burner set to 2
