Tai's original recipe!

  • 1 Cibatta roll: 250 cal, 8g protein, 2g fiber

  • 1 egg: 70 cal, 6g protein

  • 1TB Mayo: 100 cal

  • 3 cherry tomatos: 9 cals, 0.5g protein, 0.5g fiber

  • 1/4 cup spinach: 10 cal, 1g protein, 1g fiber,

  • 1 tsp Tabañero siracha honey: 20 cals, 5g sugar

  • 1/8 cup shredded mozzarella: 40 cal, 3g protein
