1 egg: 70 cal, 6g protein
1TB Mayo: 100 cal
3 cherry tomatos: 9 cals, 0.5g protein, 0.5g fiber
1/4 cup spinach: 10 cal, 1g protein, 1g fiber,
1 tsp Tabañero siracha honey: 20 cals, 5g sugar
1/8 cup shredded mozzarella: 40 cal, 3g protein
