RICE: Prepare the rice in the Instant Pot.

SAUCE: Combine all ingredients into a medium pot and stir:
• Coconut cream (5.4oz)
• Tikka masala sauce (15 oz)
• Sugar (1 teaspoon)

NOTES

Can also be made with

  • Butter chicken sauce

  • 2/3 cup coconut milk

  • 1.5 teaspoon sugar
